Chalmers customer service is above and beyond! From the first phone call I made to them, to the home visit Mike did, to the awesome guys who did the swap-out and installation. I honestly wish I'd switched to Chalmers years ago. I'm not someone who usually writes reviews but this company deserves more than 5 stars!

The customer service we’ve received from Chalmers is to the highest standard and truly refreshing. Everyone who has been by the house, whether to hook up tanks or install our bbq connection has been friendly, professional, on time and willing to go the extra mile in explaining things. The knowledgeable technician that came to our house noticed an issue with our hot water tank that was missed by home inspection. Chalmers promptly coordinated the repair/service to deal with the issue. 10/10!
